Location proved beneficial. It was close to many places, including Potsdamer Platz and the Brandenburg Gate. The hotel was near public transport. Friedrichstrasse Station was easily accessible. Staff stored luggage after checkout.

the breakfast experience was not good at all. i was told i had to pay, and then told again while i was eating. it seemed like i was being accused of trying to skip out on the bill! this. the front desk staff could have been more discreet and understanding.

Really good Location and Comfortable Stay

The location is fantastic. I enjoyed the proximity to key historical sites. I appreciated having many options for food and shopping because the hotel is above a shopping center. The bed was comfortable, and I liked the smart TV as I watched Netflix from my laptop.

I found the front desk staff unfriendly. They seemed rude and dismissive. This negatively impacted my experience.

The hotel offered easy access to U and S-Bahn lines and a main train station. Its position in a shopping mall provided straightforward access to various services. I found many interesting places were within walking distance!!!

I found the location REALLY great. It allowed me to explore many parts of the city. The staff were super friendly and cute, which I appreciated!

My room was small. There was NO storage space for luggage nor were there any closets for clothes. Only two small rods and a few hangers were available
